The GV will initially show ok but then not go through.
People have been using $5 Visible lines ($25 - $20 referral code for first month).

Yes, it will show Verizon. You need phone number, account number, port-out PIN and ZIP. Text FOUR to 611611 and the four digits should match the last four of your phone IMEI/Account number (15-digit). The ZIP code is the one you entered when you activated the phone (for a new number, or you can check it by logging into your account on a browser). Text NTP when you're ready to buy iP13/port-out to get your 4-digit PIN.

Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can buy through Metro again? I bought a similar deal last fall (for the iPhone 12), then just didn't renew the monthly plan.

EDIT: I guess Metro doesn't have much of a time limit between when letting your account expire and placing new orders because I just placed an order for this ip13 and it's only been about 3-4 months since I let my previous metro plan expire. Also, I placed the order just minutes after creating a visible account and porting that new visible number over to metro.

Using MKSD successfully with another T-Mobile MVNO (Tello). Can't speak to Verizon.

I got my (first) iPhone 13 today and wanted to open up a second line to get another one. Looks like they've fixed the pricing issue (as of 2/20) - price for phone now appears $0.00 at checkout with only the plan amount due. The issue I'm getting trying to order the second one is that they're not asking for the account number and PIN during the checkout process and all I'm getting is "Sorry to keep you waiting" with a "Cancel transfer" button during the step where the port is initiated. Anyone know a fix or will I likely have to call CS?
Edit: https://slickdeals.net/f/18117502-iphone-13-free-with-port-in-and-75-plan-at-metro-by-t-mobile?p=175784821#post175784821 this is the answer Smilie hit the back arrow on the Metro site on the "payment" page where you enter your CC info.
Successfully ordered a second device but this time they asked me security questions whereas the first time they didn't.

When I had trouble ordering a second line today, I did look into the A9+ tablet. It states on the web page that the discount is only for accounts that have been active at least 30 days. "Discount applies to customers with 30+ days of service." Perhaps you mentioned it in one of your earlier posts, and may be relevant to many who are on this thread.
I haven't had a 30+ day of service line. Literally had 3 days of new service on the iPhone 13 and nothing else when I ordered it. Can't help further, it worked for me.

Ordered another iPhone 13 for $35. I had to use a VPN, add a #1 to the address for a 'fake' apartment number, and use a different cc but it did go through that way. It was rejected on my regular IP with the same address and cc.

Hopefully it arrives. Smilie

I thought the free iphone 13 was limited to 2 per account. I ordered my first Metro line (iphone 13) few days back, and after receiving and activating, I was able to see the "Add a line" link, and so I added a second line with another new iphone 13 which will be delivered tomorrow. Since the order status page/email has link to activate the not-yet-delivered phone, I went ahead and activated this second line. Then I was again able to see the "Add a line" link. I repeated the same process - immediatedly signed up for Visible $5 line, generated port out pin, and added a third line with another iphone 13. For all orders, the port out step seems to skip, and I had to click the back arrow on the page to get the port form, and then proceeded and successfully placed the order. I only hope Metro somehow does not cancel this order.

Before actually spending any money, I did check my "add a line" link's iphone 13's price to make sure it is $0 for visible number port. Visible app generates a new njumber before any payment is required. So, only after confirming iphone's price on Metro's cart, I paid for visible account and immediately afterwards transferred out.

If we want to do trade in at Apple store for GC can we do it while Metro service is active on the phone? Or do we just do a factory reset to get to the "hello" screen and it should be fine? Do we need to take out the SIM?
factory reset and remove the e-sim for your security. i traded when metro service was active and no issues.

Metro has for years for some reason made these sale devices out of stock over the weekend and back in stock Monday..

You might try calling in. If you do make sure you write down your order number you will need it to activate because you probably wont' get any emails about your order.

Anyone who was able to add a third line this time had their order ship? Wouldn't mind saving $40 instead of having to use a different account and pay $75.

i see people are able to order the phone with just paying for the plan by using visible numbers, or other carriers. I tried both visible and AT&T main numbers but the price of the phone changed when checking out. This just happened in the last couple days. up until 10 minutes ago i still have the same problem.
tried on phone, on desktop, logged in account, not logged in account... anyway i can think of and still the same problem.
i had my family tried on theirs and still the same issue. how is it some of you guys can order with the correct amount for the phone $0 with port in ?

Has anyone had the randomest security questions that one answers truthfully and they still say that you got the wrong answers?
yes, i think its actually fairly common. i have tried twice, get all the way to the verification questions which are completely unrelated to me and then it fails. i gave up.

I just tried adding a second line online with a Visible number. The number was accepted, it showed as a second line cost would be $35. I had to enter my account/port-out PIN/ZIP code, then my payment/shipping info, and then got to the final screen where you just look over the info and agree to the terms and pay, then it gives the error:

Please contact us to complete your order.
Your security is important to us. Unfortunately can't complete your order online. Our award-winning Mobile Experts are ready to assist you. Please call us or visit a store to continue.

Anyone else get this error at this point in the process? I posted a short time ago, I was able to get security questions after this step, but they were bogus questions and after answering them truthfully I was told that the answers were wrong.

So I did call Metro, and the guy said at first that I could only get one iPhone 13, and so I pointed out the part of the offer that says we can get two phones. Then he said that I had to make a second, totally separate account to get the second. So I called him out because that wouldn't make sense (because others on SD are getting the second line for $35 on the same account). And THEN he said that I had to make a new account on the phone with him, and I told him that I know that not to be true because my current account I created online last weekend.

I mean, all this to save $40 for the second line, and that would be only if I could even order a second phone with a second account.

Anyone else getting stuck at the same point as me?
I got that on my 4th order.
