Unfortunately t mobile charges $30 extra on phones (apple sells ip16 for 800 and t mobile for 830.
T mobile also asked for $35 connection charge.
This extra $65 surcharge makes it less appealing ☹️

Came back home and Trying to submit the form on tmobile website to get the costco shop card. But my phone number does not show up in https://promotions.t-mobile.com/costco even after logging in.

Cannot be dont online from Costo but by Tmobile. However, this will cost an extra $35 fee and no gift card bonus.
Apple isn't offering this promo. I'm unsure about SWAC. Is that a Sprint converted line?
