Unfortunately t mobile charges $30 extra on phones (apple sells ip16 for 800 and t mobile for 830.
T mobile also asked for $35 connection charge.
This extra $65 surcharge makes it less appealing ☹️

What plan did you have? Some people are saying SC plans aren't qualifying through Costco
From what I understand Simple Choice plans qualify but not Select Choice. This applies to both TMO stores or Costco/Sams.
I am on the One 55+ plan.

I see. I think he mentioned having Simple Choice, though.
They take calls from 6am - 8:30pm CST and the guy said they're always busy. Also doing over the phone is faster than in a costco store. Also he didnt know when the promo ends, they only tell them the day that it's over.
I literally spent 10 minutes at local Costco tmobile kiosk yesterday upgrading two lines. New phones got shipped last night and the correct credits showed up in my account.
