You can go thru Costco or Sams club if youre a member. Saves you the $35 fee and you can earn up to a $100 gift card for upgrading.

Seems like Simple Choice does qualify and gets you up to $500 trade in value.
Unfortunately t mobile charges $30 extra on phones (apple sells ip16 for 800 and t mobile for 830.
T mobile also asked for $35 connection charge.
This extra $65 surcharge makes it less appealing ☹️

All 4 rebates denied, submitted on 2/18. Called the Costco number to do the deal instead of going in person, figured this would happen since all over Reddit they're saying Costco shop cards get auto denied when you call the phone number instead of going in person, even though their own website clearly advertises call us! Get shop cards! Now I'll have to spend even more time hassling them for the cards after waiting for three months!

My Costco in the area doesn't offer T-Mobile in person. All 4 show denied now.

Both of mine were denied. T-Mobile said it was an error, but would either reprocess the gift cards or would offer 50% value in credit so that was bs and I requested the gift cards. Supposed to get a follow up call on Thursday, will see. What a cheap and crap way to save a buck.
