Thanks! Updated Smilie I believe the purple was the only one initially but either a) I'm wrong or b) BB lowered the other colors to match. Ty though!

Got the purple one couple months back - slightly less comfortable than an Xbox controller (I got big hands) but amazing build quality

Have the wireless version. Cyclone beats it and flydigis top models do too, but they're also 3x to 15x the price...nothing can beat the u2cs value. Hall triggers and joysticks are amazing, never going back.

Bought my first over a year ago. Best value you will find in a controller hands down.

Frequent dongle disconnect issues on mine, just returned after 2 weeks of use.
Some people have noted that its the green one, so YMMV.
Personally switched to a Nova Lite after this.

Maybe to some extent, but anyone buying Xbox controllers on Slickdeals is getting them for $30-35. It's true that this is a bit cheaper, but is it as comfortable, durable, and compatible as the Xbox controllers? I haven't used one of these, so maybe they are, maybe not.

Another bonus of the Xbox controllers is that they are wireless (or you can plug in a wire if you prefer) and if you do have an Xbox console, of course you can use them there as well.

Ah, I wasn't comparing this wired version - I was comparing with the wireless Ultimate 2c version which is $30 without sales. And yes that one is better and has replaced my Xbox controllers, and I've been an Xbox controller loyalist from the days the the Duke controller

I've have had the purple wireless one for over a year now. No complaints about battery life, disconnect issues or functionality.

My single problem - the seam on the back. Most controllers have a seam on the sides. The one I have is on the back. It irritates my left index finger. So much irritation that I swapped to a different 3rd party brand.

That sucks about the seam. I've had that before on a couple of things. It's surprising how such a small thing builds up to such a big irritation. I wonder if you could fill it in with some sort of putty or similar. Sounds like you already sorted out the issue though.

"Durable as an Xbox controller"? Are you serious? They last 6 months or less before stick drift happens...
