They sent me these shoes with a stain on the outside and refused to do anything but have me return them for a refund without providing alternative options. Not the greatest customer service experience.

Take this with a grain of salt as I order from adidas eBay store often .... I once ordered 3-4 items and when they arrived I was missing one. I hit up their support and their response was basically "nope we sent it check again, no way we didn't send it period". I chalked it up as a loss and it was only a $10 item and didn't want retaliation to my personal eBay account if I got eBay involved. This was within the last year.

Limited inventory on a highly discounted shoe will limit most options from retailers. They will lose money paying for your free return shipping but would lose even more if it was an exchange with free shipping on the new pair too.
** If your size/color is still available you can just place a new order and then return the original ones. A Work around option for lack of exchange options.

Buyers hold all the cards when it comes to something like an item not arriving. Sellers can't leave buyers negative feedback either so make sure you get what you paid and expect.

I bought a pair the last time they were on sale and they are not comfortable in my opinion. There actually not a lot of cushion or support on the inside despite what the fat soled outside looks like.

I had just bought these from DSW the day before for $40, but since I go through sneakers very fast I got another pair in the color pictured. It's not easy finding shoes in my sz (W 11) they're always sold out so glad I could catch these. They come today so we'll see if I get both shoes in the right size👀

Update, just got the FedEx with the shoes and not sure about anyone else's experience but these are as stated, no stains brand new kicks 😏got the tag and everything with that new shoe smell and no stains, scuffs or wear. I must have caught the last ones in my size fortunately. And they arrived in 2 days from order to shipping 👍
