Almost all of those '50 different ingredients' are just vitamins. If you take the vitamins and caffeine out of it then it's just Carbonated water, juice, and natural flavors. There is a hint of sucralose but it's almost the last ingredient. That 'disgusting' taste is probably the caffeine, in this case the green tea extract, but that's about the healthiest way to add caffeine to a beverage. If you don't want the caffeine then there is no reason to drink this over a flavored water without it.
There is nothing in the ingredients list that would do this. This is definitely a you issue that you should be bringing up to your dentist.
