Should I get the impress. In ny research I did not find much differences in touch va impress except the integrated tamping. I am by no means an expert and this or touch would be my 1st espresso machine.
Would want to wait for touch if I can save a couple hundred dollars. But if people can tell me this is worth it in that extra couple hundred, I may be inclined to pull the trigger
Thoughts?

I do plan to one day put together a Gaggiuino that I can hack around with.

I see the other machines, and I cannot imagine needing to weigh the beans, weigh the shot and time it etc etc. This thing does everything mostly by itself. It handles the right amount of grind, the right amount of "pull" (I am at 29-31 seconds) and it tastes amazing. One thing is that it does require a good quality bean, which is less than 30 days old. You will be surprised how stale most of the bags are... This machine shows it right away and you will find yourself throwing many brands away until you find what you like. And once you do .........
