I recommend their internet service. Me and my girlfriend have it and it's not only faster than what we had from Spectrum with better reliability and surprisingly about the same latency. It's perfectly fine for gaming and we're usually streaming on multiple devices and gaming at the same time.

Terms and conditions state "Activate qualifying new Home Internet line between 11/21/24 and 1/15/25".

FWIW I submitted for the December promo and I'm still waiting. 6-8 weeks is what they say. Pretty happy with the service though, I use a Keep Connect and reset every 2 days and have had almost no issues.

4/14 - Activated TM HI4/16 - submitted $200 gc promo5/8 - received $200 gc5/14 - paid TM bill with $200 gcThe original plan was to downgrade to Rely after receiving 200 gc. But since I price locked it indefinitely on 4/14 at $45, the Rely price ($35) is only good for 5 years. Can't risk it going up after 5 years. If there is a promotion with indefinite price lock with Rely plan, then I'll switch. But for now, I'll keep Amplified plan with price lock until I cancel the service.
Read the details. My price guarantee states that if they raise the price, I get one month free. That is the price lock guarantee. Your's may not be a guarantee that you pay the same amount forever. They can aslo change the plan details then the lifetime is over.

I don't see it in your details about getting one month free if they raise the price. I spoke to two TMobile reps and they confirmed I have price lock for life. Perhaps they're misinformed?

UPDATE - I contacted T-Mobile via phone and they weren't able to help, but contacted T-Mobile Help via Twitter and they applied a $300 account credit in my account! I wonder if I change the HI plan to the Amplified/All-in make me qualified for the promo and actually get the gift card?I did this promotion back in Feb 21st. The page was telling me that I was able to get the $300 gift card, even with the Rely internet. Called T-Mobile today and they said that I don't qualify for the promo.... Does anyone has screenshots for the promo? I tought I did, but the only screenshot I have is for how to redeem the $300 gift card :/
I had the same thing happen, but I had screenshots of the entire process. My rebate was denied as well. Contacted them on twitter, and after pushing back against their offer to "upgrade" me to a higher plan than I bought, and resubmit the rebate, they also applied the account credit.
Very sneaky/shady of T-Mobile to change the terms of which plans quality after the fact, then try to get people onto more expensive plans to qualify. But this is the T-Mobile we've got for now, at least until we have a government willing to stand up to corporate oligopolists.

how to reach them via twitter? I also don't see my $300 GC yet.
Update: I reached out via twitter and they had the same response as others stating I needed 65 or 75 plan. I have pushed back and should have a response shortly.
Chatted with the twitter force person, they changed my plan to the $60 (amplified) one and then I contacted the rebate department to renew the rejected rebate. Got the rebate 3 days later!
Now will cancel the plan shortly.
Thanks everyone!

I signed up from the $300 Virtual Master Card link and got an email saying that my $300 card was denied.
I had a sceenshot from where I signed up so after plenty of time on the phone they are saying that they can give me $300 statement credit.
Would not matter, BUT for some I cannot access many websites that I have no problem getting to render on my previous provider and on various free wi-fi such as mcdonalds, wendy's and my library, so I was going to just go back to my previous provider instead of trying to figure out why many sites will not render on this internet for me on the same exact laptop.

Signed up back in February and never got a gift card. Chatting with TMo support now. Fortunately I saved the screenshot and tracking number for the promo

EDIT: Support says that the claim was denied but that I AM eligible and they will "re-submit".

I haven't canceled yet and was going to keep service even though it would drop periodically. But I've since moved and just got Sail Internet so will be cancelling soon. I wanted to make sure I got my $300 first of course.

First rep told me that I was eligible for the $ but it was incorrectly declined. They told me they resubmitted for me and I'd get a text or email next day. Waited two days, no email or text so went back to T-Life chat. This time they told me it would take 1-2 weeks. But I couldn't see the new submission on their crappy tracking site - just the old denied one. So I kept pushing- saying that I don't trust them and that I shouldn't have to jump through hoops or wait any longer for my $. It took a LOT of back & forth and finally they offered to have the rebates dept call me. Rebates rep said I was eligible but the promo ended. I was about to get pissed when the offered a $300 bill credit (they are my cell provider as well) so I took that and it showed up the same day.
