I still think the iPhone 13 is the better deal considering you get MagSafe, another camera, etc.
If you aren't dead set on Apple Intelligence which from what I gather is a joke so far then I think the 13 is the better buy.
This is simply not true. You activate the service with the IMEI on ST site, and the unlock timer will start.
Besides that I printed a pdf of my order confirmation and it shows as approved on my account transactions. Chat customer support also said the order went through before it showed on the transactions page.
