Maybe talk to ST support to send invoice or something? It is worth $100, give it a shot
March 6, 2025 - Activated the phone (by turning it on)
April 5, 2025 - Service was deactivated (did not renew)
May , 8th 2025 - Decided to reactivate (After chatting with support, purchased a Bronze plan for another 30 days).
June 7th, 2025 - Checked my phone on http://tfwunlockpolicy
Two minutes later - Restarted my phone. Unlocked (No SIM Restrictions)
Needless to say this has been an arduous journey. Good luck to others and hope you manage to successfully unlock your devices as well.

They said "Please send us a copy of your itemized order receipt in JPEG or PDF format from the merchant that includes the purchase date, travel dates, the retailers name, items purchased, discounts/coupons used, additional fees, taxes, subtotal and total and we will be happy to look into it."
But regardless I'm glad they actually did provide an adjustment even off just the 299 since we were all forced to pay for a second month.
