Is anyone else having trouble with unlocking even after 60 days? I kept the 60 day service and when i spoke to their rep, they said it automatically unlocked after day 60. I tried to setup a new esim from a different provider and they said your phone still shows "sim locked". Any ideas?
I'm going off memory here..
go here and check your eligibility https://www.tfwunlockpolicy.com
if it says you're eligible, which it should, there should be a link on that page to submit an unlock request. After 2 business days the phone will unlock, might need to reboot to check/update the phone.

Purchased the phone with 1-month when it was released. Skipped one month and reloaded another month. Went to the unlock page and input my phone number and IMEI. Unlocked today with No SIM restrictions.

I saw that Boost has that you pay $599 for 16e and u get a year of free Boost service. My mint mobile expires in one month and I feel it's time to upgrade from my iPhone 12. Has anyone done this deal, it doesn't sound too bad unless Boost is a really horrible service.

Can someone help with with unlock of a straight talk phone?

My status: I used 30 days with straight talk. Waited another 35 days but it did not unlock.
Refill with 7 days plan but it did not unlock.

So ended up rebranding it to Tracfone as they have cheaper plan but it still is not eligible for unlock.

Any idea what did I miss for people who got it unlocked the same day of rebranding and activating with Tracfone?

i saw that post too. lol. i ended up rebranding to tracfone and paid for 1 more month with them. then at 62 days combined among ST and TF, it did not unlock so I called them. The guy look at it and said I have met the days among ST and TF and he unlocked kind of right away. Perhaps it took 10 min on the call and the device was unlocked soon.

It seems like Verizon convinced the FCC to revert this rule entirely. This doesn't affect your ability to sue Verizon in small claims for breach of contract IANAL, but in the end we have lost.
