It was a dumb question that relies on variables such as portion size and individual circumstance/diet. And considering we still don't even really know what constitutes "healthy" outside of the obvious (vegis healthier than shit filled with corn syrup and sugar,) best one could expect here is an uninformed guess, or a generic "they are both shit" answer.
