https://www.discover.com/credit-c...endar.html
*The Cashback Bonus shown on the tracker is based on your posted transactions for the quarter and may be different than on your statement, which shows the rewards added to your Cashback Bonus account during that particular billing period. The tracker does not include any Cashback Bonus earned through additional promotional offers. Rewards will be added to your Cashback Bonus account within 2 billing periods. We may make adjustments to reduce your Cashback Bonus based on your account activity, such as the return of a purchase or a reward disbursed by us in error.
You activated to earn 5% Cashback Bonus at Grocery Stores and Wholesale Clubs from 4/1/25 (or the date on which you activate 5%, whichever is later) through 6/30/25, on up to $1,500 in purchases.
Grocery Store purchases include those made at supermarkets, meat lockers, bakeries, smaller grocery stores, and grocery delivery services. All purchases made from Walmart or Target are not eligible. Purchases from convenience stores and discount stores may not qualify.
Check with your Wholesale Clubs to make sure your Discover Card is accepted. Purchases of affiliated Wholesale Club services, such as delivery services, travel, and cell phone purchases, may not be eligible in this category. Individual merchants and stand-alone stores within physical Wholesale Club locations, or online, may not be eligible in this category.

I thought that was the laziest lie ever. lol. So no discover is not accepted period! Just like Amex and any Mastercard.
This is one of the reasons I stopped shopping at Costco and chose Sam's Club is that they accept any credit card: Amex, Discover, MasterCard, etc. It's also not overcrowded and almost no lines due to Scan & Go. In addition, membership fees is cheaper.

😂 why?
The last quarter of the year is usually for Target and Amazon.
ALL YEAR: 6% grocery stores, 6% Streaming Subscriptions & 3% Gas Stations.
1st year free then $95/year. Easily pays for itself (for me & my family anyway).
Earn $250 back after you spend $3,000 in purchases on your new Card within the first 6 months.
Get someone who has one to send you a referral link. The bonus could be higher and they should get a bonus too.

Anyway re: Discover, this 5% won't be around for many years, Capital One will definitely scrap it.
Discover - That would be really stupid, unless they're trying to lose customers. What else is discover good for? But anything's possible. It does seem that their gift card redemption deals have gotten a lot worse recently.
