It absolutely does have VESA mounting, 100mm x 100mm. The pictures show it with the cover plate installed (in case you want to use the stand instead).
I ordered 2 of these last week for a work setup and I'm very pleased with the image. Even at $130 they are solid buys. Time to go get my prices matched...

I have a room with a big window my wife prefers to have open during the day. I regularly need to set my monitor to at least 350 nits to combat the sunlight. Thanks
