If the offer doesn't show up on the new Chromebook, make sure that you log out on any other Chromebook that is logged in with the user ID you use to activate the new Chromebook. I couldn't get any offers to show on the new Chromebook Plus. Google tech support was completely worthless. I logged out from an old Chromebook and the offers suddenly appeared. Nowhere in Google's troubleshooting page does it mention that being logged in on another Chromebook would cause an issue. I had logged in to the old Chromebook months ago to get a special offer for $50 off new Chromebooks at Costco. This Chromebook was on sale for $199.99 in November less $50 special offer it was $149.99. For that price it was a great deal. I was very disappointed with Google's tech support.

I ordered it over the weekend mostly for the Google One Premium 12 months. My 200GB plan was at it's limit and I needed to upgrade to the 2TB plan that is $100 a year. All Chromebook Plus's come with a year free (of the 2TB plus AI plan that is worth $220). I don't care for the AI, so this makes it basically a $150 Chromebook for me (after taxes and shipping)

With a smaller screen like this one, the resolution should be okay.

I got the 514 model from Costco and I have been happy with it.

Got it from last December deal and this is not as fast as the specs would make you feel. Overall, not impressed

One more thing that intrigued me a lot is that mlre than 100GB is already pre-occupied when you first bootup this machine. And no, Linux is not installed by default. So, not sure what was taking so much space. I didn't dig much but considering the light nature of ChromeOS, it felt weird.

I got this in November for 200 bucks off and I think it's great for the price, especially since it comes with 2TB cloud storage which is normally about 100 bucks by itself.

The Google One AI Premium 12 month offer didn't show on this Chromebook. Neither Google nor Acer were any help resolving the issue. Costco's solution was return or exchange.

Due to this being a flat rate shipping for all, it needs to be included in your title. Please correct the title. Edit>Go Advanced from full site page, not app or mobile.

It's showing for me on the product details, plus Google's own page says that all Chromebook Plus laptops come with it. If that doesn't end up being the case, the thing is going back faster than it's processor, which isn't that fast lol.

The average person has no good use for Google AI.
