3-5x better than a car's tiny air compressor. Wont do a whole lot other than inflating rafts, car tires, bicycle tires or running brad nailers or other very low CFM items. If youre planning on painting, you need a MUCH bigger model.

So whoever said these thigs are loud they understated it also kinda useless I had to stop and let it fill up 4 times just to inflate a flat tire!

Road bikes need a higher PSI, so not great for that either.

PSI isn't the concern with this, it's the volume that is. This could fill up any road bike tire in a matter of seconds. The volume is tiny.

No. You need at least 10-20 and at 10 you'll be filling it up 20 times

most road bikes are running wider tires at lower pressure.

Not really. It might get one or two lug nuts off. Then, it will take a long time to refill, and it will be LOUD.
Source: I tried this and ended up get a 30-gallon compressor instead.
