Virtual Rebate Cards Troubleshooting

i was doing alot of the rebates through the beer sites without issue..then it appeared like my ability to use the cards for tap to pay gor throttled....then i started moving them through paypal which i also seem to have been throttled on now as well.....the amazon min reload got raised...
anyone else experiencing issues with virtual cards the past few weeks? anyone have ways to burn these $1 cards?
