Preachy blanket statements like this that give no explanation or justification are going to do nothing to accomplish what you're looking for. You just come off as obnoxious and someone nobody wants to be around.

damn... I accidentally typed this reply initially as a rep given... definitely didn't want to do that. Does anyone know if I can retract it? Doesn't really matter, but the last thing I want to have done is give rep to this kind of post.

Anybody lower their cholesterol?
Yep. Ate the cereal and then took fish oil and a statin, cholesterol went down.

I was wondering if general mills had reduced roundup in their cereals. years ago, cheerios had among the highest concentrations of cereals tested.

I used to really enjoy cheerios, but not so fond of roundup.

Is it possible you enjoyed the taste of roundup and the cheerios were simply the delivery vehicle?

Sports Research at costco or Amazon
Lowered my bad cholesterol by 20 or 25 taking it daily, and blood work 6 months apart.∫

Decent price, but they need to stop calling Honey Nut Cheerios "Heart Healthy". Nothing heart healthy about sugar laden cereals.
It's heart healthy compared to 2 pounds of bacon and 4 fried eggs and hash browns I guess

Since this thread has already been crapped on... I thought bagged cereal was for the poor.

P.S. My family growing up was a value brand bagged cereal family.
Well, I mean, yes... But you weren't supposed to tell anyone about our cereal secret. Now everyone will know that Malt-O-Meal cereals taste better than their brand name counterparts.
