Folks in Phoenix AZ, beaware..these did not survive the summers, got 4 sets when they went on clearance in store for 15 each.. each set wont work after the second summer. The metal set is all good.. the lsolar lights as such is a waste and goner.. jusy trashed them this Summer..they might be good for other places but not too hot places..

No. I Like solar. I also like to change designs or move them to where I want them. I have gutter lights from Home Depot that stay lit until 6 AM/ I lined my entire fence with them and they light up my entire side yard.

. And in the southern sun, nothing lasts anyway, from patio umbrellas to paint on cars. So disposable is easier to swap out

Can you clear up exactly which set is good and bad? Both are solar.

Thanks. That's metal. Did you mean the body was good but the light part went out?

Yes these are clearance as the new model is 40 lumens vs these at 30 lumens
Yeah and the Bollards go from 20 to 35 lumens on the new model ($48 online).

In for the 2 on the clearance Bollards. If they don't bright enough, I'll just get new ones to see if they are worth it and return one. I may end up spending $40 either way if the return person makes a mistake 😏

I bought these and put them in the front yard. However they only last for two hours after sunset. Maybe the ones that I got just have low sunlight in the front lawn. Does anyone have these that last all night?

You can come set these up in my yard and pretend it's yours.

I'll even let you run the lawnmower.

The issue with these is often that the batteries are shipped with minimal charge and they aren't high capacity to begin with, so they can ship with wear on them.

There's also no way for you to easily top them up when you get them, so you're stuck in a pattern of the batteries operating at minimal efficiency.

There are tons of ways to improve them, depending on how much you want to tinker. Some have removable batteries that are easy to swap.

What would be ideal would be one that lets you plug in a cheap battery bank via USB. That way, you can use whatever capacity you want and also charge it more reliably.

Spike on the 5 piece set is plastic. 1/5 spikes broke by me over the 1 yr I have them.
