Those are all naturally occurring compounds found in stuff like citrus and lavender so basically the same as essential oils. Not saying great to bombard your senses but those scary sounding chemicals are all natural (though of course natural doesn't mean anything health-wise).

Poison oak is natural too, so natural doesn't mean safe. All kind of things exist in tiny amounts in nature. Then people industrialize the production and expose us to far greater amounts without performing thorough, and definitely not long term, safety checks.
