Got to price match a 15in Air. Then realized that I forgot to add the Plus membership. Got another agent to price match a new laptop with the Plus membership. Now I need to cancel the first one.

I think night reps are from offshore and they price match without any hassles.

Sweet! I used the slickdeal to get special chase offers, got 5% for using paypal with chase unlimited card, went to PayPal site to add my unlimited card and 5% off at best buy when you pay with PayPal popped up. Gonna hit the store tomorrow to do return, rebuy. Awesome!!

Got the price match on my second chat with Best Buy. First time Microcenter was out of stock for all colors but the second time it was in stock for blue. Price matched, delivery today! Thanks for the post and all the advice on price matching. This is new to me.

i think i got the $75 as well... i say think because i was not a total rewards member but the manager signed me up for the $50 membership (for free) in the same purchase as the m4... do you know if you had to be a member BEFORE purchasing the apple product to get the $25 bonus for every $250 spent?

Curious what time of night are we talking about? It looks like the chat closes at 10 EST as I tried to chat after that last night and they were closed.

I did it around 11.30PM Eastern. Even though I got the support is closed message, when I clicked through the product sale and recommendation link, it ended up with a live person.
