I haven't found today's sale price at any other retailer. (Amazon is OOS.)

I prefer the deep wall for impact sockets, but this is a good price even if they're standard sockets.

Nice, my current Makita cheapies suck and I had been looking for a good set for a reasonable price. I like the high vis markings on these and team red usually makes good handtools albeit premium priced except on sale.

Most people don't realize the heavier the socket the better the impact force. This is nice if you need space but id go with the deeper sockets

I still prefer to use my antique cheapo Stanley sockets - thick and heavy. They don't make cheap ones like they used to ๐Ÿ˜…

True, but also if you need super high break-away torque, maybe you should not reach for your 3/8 drive?

Anyone know how the walls on these compare to snap on for thickness? I have a set of deep snap on from my wrenching days. These will replace a set set of old craftsman chrome that see duty as impact sockets in my home shop now.
