Nothing provided in terms of charge distribution using 3 or 4 ports. It is likely that the overall wattage is very low in those scenarios.
Also reviews mention that the charger gets really hot with 4 devices. Plus most reviews are for Vine Free product.

Given all of this and the fact the charger doesn't show any ETL/UL certification, I'd not recommend this deal.

I got it yesterday and was able to run a few test.

Used my iphone 15 usb C, and the highest it got was 22w by itself. Used it to together with an ipad 10th gen usb C and it also max out 22W combined.

One more combination I used was my iphone 15 usb C and fire tablet usb A, and it got to 33w combined. Pics for reference:

$7 for two of these is not bad at all.

One interesting Amazon review:
I tested the charger by taking my iPhone 7 Plus and completely discharging it, then check how much the phone was charged using this charger after every 10 minutes. This charger is faster than the average charger. How much faster? About 10 minutes faster than the average. This charger also has the advantage that it has two USB-A ports and two USB-C ports, so it should work for most any configuration you'd need. Here were the detailed results of my testing:

10 minutes = 5% charged
20 minutes = 14% charged
30 minutes = 27% charged
40 minutes = 38% charged
50 minutes = 50% charged
60 minutes = 59% charged
70 minutes = 66% charged
80 minutes = 73% charged
90 minutes = 79% charged
100 minutes = 84% charged
110 minutes = 87% charged
120 minutes = 90% charged

Two hours, not even fully charged, Superfast?

If you click the "Color: A_White" review option, you can see there are actually very few reviews for this product. Almost all reveiws came from the "Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product" reviewers.

iPhone 7 plus from what I can find online can't even go above 10w so the numbers seem about right. It's a nine year old phone bro

Thanks for the observations. Very helpful.

By any chance, were you able to test the 3 port or 4 port output?
Meaning when 3 devices or 4 devices are connected?
Some of these cheaper chargers totally drop the output when multiple ports are connected.

Yes you can charge 3 and 4 devices at once, but looks like the max combined watts caps out at 35w.

Ok. Thanks.
Some of these cheaper adapters do not provide the full rated Wattage when connected to all the ports.
For instance a 2 Port 38W adapter would give 20W using USB C, 18W using USB A. But when used together, the output drops to 15W.
My fear is that because of how the circuits are connected, when all 4 ports are used the output might drop below the rated 35W.

Always, if you never heard of it, it is a given!

Ok, now on a 'serious' note: last year we traveled through Europe for two weeks and had two similar chargers (brand name UVRESINME) and they served the purpose for 4 adults just fine: Apple & Android phones, tablets, watches, camera batteries as long as you have the cables and you do not expect to quick charge; we mostly charged overnight and for this purpose they work great!
Since then, we used them sparingly, mostly on trips, they still do the job and if we forget that in a hotel room I do not care!
Ours have identical specs like these one here, except only 18 mo warranty instead of 24.
Final line: if you do not expect GaN at this price or more than 40W (2 x 20W when using only 2 usb type c ports) then these are doing a good job!

The ones that you got UVRESINME is a much better charger and has much better reviews. This one is a new comer. They have only marked 5W for the USB A ports, which doesn't make sense.
