Not the same phone. I believe QVC one is moto g5 play with 64GB (G5 is different than G5 play- different CPU, GPU and other specs).

Bought Moto G Play yesterday for $10.65, picked it up, called Verizon to cancel, was charged $9.41 for less than 24 hours. Essentially have a spare phone for under $20.

Yes, you can, these are factory unlocked phone which can be used with any carrier in the world.

I linked a moto g play for $10, I dont know of anything cheaper but that g play gets down to $0 from time to time.
