I just heard this on the radio from a local DJ.

Is anyone going to miss it?

That's where your entire wardrobe came from isn't it? Confused

They may be selling on Amazon to liquidate. We've had a ton of Forever 21 clothes on Amazon Vine the past few weeks. Easy to see why they're going out of business.

Seems there may actually be more to it this time, one of the founders stepped back from making purchasing decisions, the company started delving into new areas and opening larger stores, leading to the first bankruptcy a few years ago. They briefly bounced back, but now can't compete with Shein, Temu, and much of their core audience having their purchases guided by way of TikTok. I mean I won't be surprised if there were also corporate shenanigans, but I don't think it's just that.

Just garden-variety vulture capitalism, nothing fun. Well, not unless you're one of the vultures, anyway Prop
