I literally would pay $92k for the guitar Edward used at the US Festival.

Excellent deal. I paid $750 for it a while back. It's basically a relic'd MIM Strat with EVH humbucker and gig bag.

I think this one was played by Eddie... seller says that is Eddie's fingerprint smudged on the top above the pickups.

Eddie was involved with these and played many of them. He never used any in concerts so the value isn't that great. They will have massive drops in price over time.

I've been listening to Alex Van Halen's book Brothers and it's almost painful to hear him talk about how before VH was popular, Eddie bought a Les Paul Goldtop and chiseled out the pickup pocket so he could replace the soapbar pickup with a humbucker. He also painted the guitar black! He definitely like the tweak things.
