The promo expires 3/31.
As for the Gift Card itself, this is from the T&C.
"Funds do not expire. Subject to applicable law, a Monthly Maintenance Fee of $4.95 will be deducted on the first day of the 13th month, following 12 months of inactivity."

How does 400 fuel points equal to $14 off at Shell or Kroger? Doesn't 400 points equal to .40 cents off?
