Looks like it is open box fair condition though. Is that worth the risk of a scratched up watch?

I've lost faith in Google when the pixel watch 3 came out in September of 2024. I spent $430 including tax to buy one and 6 months in the screen started flickering and my God to get a warranty claim. Going on this watch you have to actually activate the camera on your phone. Let them take control of your phone. Let them see the problem and then guess what. Even though these watches are not repairable, they send you a refurbished watch, but you have to pay for it up front and then they refund your money once you return the alleged defective watch. Forget about pixel watch. 3. I'm very careful with my watches and I'm astounded this thing didn't even make it 6 months. It doesn't even have a scratch, a ding or a dent, but most frustrating, especially after spending $1,200 on a p9p is the horrific Indian online support. They sent the watch to the wrong address even though I told them to change my address and now I've got to wait until the watch that I paid a second time for arrives at the wrong address before they'll dispatch a new watch out. What a cluster f&&k! Google doesn't even have customer service to speak of because when I push the URL that he sent me to order the new watch immediately I saw the wrong address I'm like hey that's the wrong address. You better change that right away. Oh no, we have to escalate this. That'll be taken care of in 24 or 48 hours and I'm like dude if you weigh 24 or 48 hours that watch is going to end up in the wrong state and they just keep apologizing and reading the same script. We need to move customer support back in the United States. How does a company that has over 2 trillion market capitalization give us none to very s***** service?

My pw2 screen just popped off after 2 years, out of warranty I messaged support, they swapped me out without even getting a credit card. I took a couple pictures of it from my phone and sent through the chat feature on desktop website. I sent mine in with a free prepaid label, they got it in 4 days, today is 3 days after they received mine and I got the new one delivered a few hours ago
