for example: as someone without a sensitivity to it, I'd rather have a responsible amount of sucralose rather than the 600x more sugar necessary to make the bar sweet (since sucralose is 600x sweeter than sugar, allowing for very little to be used.) sugar has surely caused more health issues in this country than all sugar alternatives put together.
