Bought the garnier fructis deal from CVS the other day. Their website is awful, the search is terrible, the sort doesn't work properly, their app barely works, couldn't pull up my order. The deal was a 2/$5 thing. They didn't have one of the two for the order, and the way their coupons and pricing work made it to where item price for cancelled one was already 0.00 so the price didn't go down. The person working there couldn't understand what the problem was, ended up dispensing it to me when I was trying to tell them to cancel it and then I couldn't get a refund because I paid through PayPal. Trouble and a waste of time on every single step and not at all worth bothering with. Don't waste your time.

No, you will not. If you use your ExtraBucks on an item that costs less than the value of your EB, you will lose the difference. So in your example, you will lose $3 EB.

Try to use as much of your EB as possible, preferably on items that award you more EB.

Why would they do this? It's revenue for them, they don't care if you get ECB back or what not.

Did you check your account? Online earned ECB's do not print out. They load to your account and you need to sent them to your card within a few days or they will expire. Once on your card they are good for 30 days.
