You can just buy in-store and scan the barcode from the app or use the phone number linked to your Sprouts account. Make sure you clip the coupons in the app for each.

I have Breville BOV900 Air toaster oven. I get these Milton cauliflower pizzas on sale at Costco they've been on sale a lot lately but just went off sale. I placed these on a 12 inch round mesh pan. I use the two step sequence feature to air fry 460 for five minutes, then have it switched to air fryer off at 425 for 15-20 min. The air frying part pulls a lot of the heat off really quick so the center is still moister. Then crisp up at 425. Most crustsget worse if overcooked. These cauliflower crusts are more resilient to being overcooked and taste better a level overcooked imo. It's important to cook it with a method that gets a lot of the moisture out. Conversely if you heat them anemically the crusts taste lifeless. Cauliflower crust can be extremely low-calorie. But these are nt low-calorie because they have so many carbs everywhere else. Cauliflower crusts are much easier on my stomach I find. The real problem with mass produced flour is it's ground up with pesticidesiritating the stomach. The surface area is rather high so the pesticide level is high. It's not because people are allergic to flour.
There used to be a couple of companies--CauliPower maybe, and Cali'Flower? I can't remember their names--that made pizza crusts entirely of cauliflower, and maybe cheese mixed in too. Those were super low calorie and low carb! I really miss those, but I guess there wasn't much of a market for expensive, smelly pizza crusts like that. I know one of those companies stopped making them altogether, but maybe the other is still around.

The app is now showing no available coupons at all, including the 3 I clipped yesterday for free items.

Edit: I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get them to show.

No sprouts near me, but these are the best version of cauliflower crust pizza I have had. I eat them crispy form the oven. Five or six dollars is my stock up price on these but I definitely wouldn't pay $9-$10. They give me my pizza fix without all the calories. They are surprisingly good. The roasted vegetables is my least favorite of the choices.

Thank you, OP!

Brought my fannypack of six phones (all obtained from other Slickdeals), installed the sprouts app on all of them, clipped the coupons, then made nine separate transactions of $0.77 to get all three freebies. Apparently in my state I was still taxed on the items even though they were "free". 9 pizzas, 9 bags of crackers, 9 protein bars. The whole experience felt like a Tim Robinson sketch 😆

Thanks to Android, I'm able to install two simultaneous sprouts apps per phone, (3 x 2 + 3 iPhones meant 9 total instances of the sprouts app). In the end, I walked out and paid $6.93 on nearly $190 of groceries. This is one of the slickest deals I've ever seen.

The checkout lady was very impressed with my strategy, and now I kind of get why people get obsessed with extreme couponing.

Why did you have to bring all your phones with you to the store? As long as you know their phone #s, can't you just enter their phone #s when checking out to use the coupons?

I think upon reflection you're right, I was unfamiliar with how sprouts does rewards. I think if I had screen shotted the rewards barcode from each account that had clipped the coupon, it would have been sufficient.

No luck finding the coupons for Simply Organic Sheet Pan Seasoning or Quantum Energy Bar in the app. Maybe those are dead.I found the digital coupon for the Mush Protein Bar in the app, but only could find a product called Mosh in the store. The Milton's Gluten Free Crackers in my store were only in boxes, not the bagged ones that are shown in the app.So, only got the free pizza. I've had it before. Got it free last time and I liked it. Got the pepperoni one.
I had to ask about the crackers. They were near the deli section, oddly

That explains the higher calorie count. True cauliflower crust are extremely low carb, and seems to be one of the foods that doesn't agitate the stomach.
For you. Cauliflower is high in sulfur and insoluble fiber, both of which are known to cause GI issues, especially in people with IBS
