Anyone has experience with the multi-tool. Looks like many bad reviews on HD site.

I have the OG first one Ryobi made. It works great. Its about 10 years old. Many of the complaints are people who don't understand how to use them or have unrealistic expectations. These are finesse tools that require a very tight blade and a steady hand. Let the oscillating do the cutting.

I have one and i just have it for DIY projects so far it has done everything i have asked of it i think the key is get good quality blades or buy the cheap one in bulk.

I don't know if it's this exact model, but my ryobi multitool is just fine. You have to have reasonable expectations for what an oscillating multitool is supposed to do, and get a good quality blade instead of the one it comes with (this is true for every oscillating multitool).

Typical price for the combo that the staff showcases. I don't think it's much of a deal if it's this price too often.

This is a great tool. Used it for many hours even on a 2amp battery with no issues.

I don't know about the sander but for the multi-tool I paid the same price off of a slick deals deal have 5 months 6 months ago maybe but it came with two batteries and a charger always wanted a multi-tool but I already had some Ryobi items that the batteries were about pewtered out so that was a true slick deal for me

A 100% this. Good quality, fit for purpose blades are the key. The other way lies frustration.

I went through this. Didn't have the right blade to cut curves and didn't realize that till that default blade broke on me.

Went with a blade kit and it's been great!
