Anyone got any recommendations for best rapalas for shallow rivers?

I've had okay success in this spot with the original floating one, and a few fish with a shad rap, but wondering if there are better options.

If its not a very deep lake, the regular original rapala works great for that. Especially if you can find some lilypads and fish the edge of them. The Shad rap also work great in those spots too.

I have no idea with deeper or colder lakes.

So, I know this is a rapala deal, but honestly the best bass lure for almost any time or place is just a senko. Or a yum dinger. Or whatever plastic worm brand they have by you. Weightless texas rig. I mention it because, while you don't think of rapala for plastic baits, there actually are a couple sticks included in this deal!

Two piece rapala. Mepps, weedless frog/mouse for weeds, jitterbug for early morning or dusk fishing

stick bait is borderline using live worms for some of us, its more of a guarantee when nothing else works than a go too. see fishermen hate themselves, and we like to use stuff that kinda works, not stuff that works all the time. The rap shad is what you want, 7 foot diver.

I've had luck with the husky jerk specifically targeting for trout in shallow waters

I picked up 6 saltwater size 14 xraps for $64 after taxes. Cheapest I've ever seen
Would the X-RAP(s) be the best choice for beach Surf Fishing?
