I assume it's cheaply made and comments seem to reflect this. Unless someone states it's of high quality, don't think this is a great deal. Can find luggage sets for Thai prove or less pretty regularly.

If you search for ABS in reviews, it shows up it's made of ABS

30" suitcase measures 18.5" x 12.5" x 30" inches which is less than allowed total of 62" so should be ok
