Maybe on the smaller grids without ray tracing.

Raytraced Minesweeper is the only way to play it. Obviously at 4k 244mhz. Anything less is unreadable.

So I bought the 64gb set yesterday for around $148, wonder if this is worth it even if overkill?

CAS latency of 46 sounds kind of poor, no?

If you will never need more than 64gb, it's not worth spending another $50. Unless you are running a lot of concurrent VMs or some really RAM-intensive processes, it's not likely you will need this much RAM in the lifespan of your device.

I went with 32GB and had to return mine to get this. Worth it if you're looking to use it for lot of productivity work.

8x8 and 16x16 fields, yes. For the 30x16 fields in expert mode better opt for 128GB or more.

Let me know where you can find 2*64 - it doesn't exist yet. It should be out by the end of this year ir early 2026.
