The $5 Aveeno Vitality stuff has a rebate and add that to the $5 mfq and a RA $5/$25 and the in ad $5 Q this week and you can try it kinda cheap
so being the SUPERMOM I am I hand him a children chewable pepto from my purse then stroll down the aisles fillin up my cart. He has no passed out on to his big sisters lap in the 'two kids below one up in the normal area buggy', So I hurry up and get the birthday gift I actually went in for and go...he passes out in the car so I leave the air on full blast and get headed home when I hear it....................
And good scenario...no RA in my region though.

I looked at her blog a little. It looks like it just started in April 2010. I think she decided to start a site/business and didn't want to do the legitimate promoting/marketing/leg work that goes into something like that so she decided to record an in your face video to get some traffic to her site and to build herself a name. I wonder how that's working out for her?

leave her alone already... people make mistakes and if that was the way she was taught at a workshop then so be it... I'm sure she is doing what is right to fix the situation. Goodness, at some point let it go! Don't stalk her blog and facebook. I am not tryign to be rude but at some point, lets just let this end and continue to discuss deals..which is what this forum is for.

I have two fat envies ready for Target today, and one for RA (I'm all over the free sunglasses). I hear my stores now have the Visas so I'm excited to get out and hopefully see some.
Ugh... dh wants me to find something for us to do today. I can't seem to find anything interesting going on in town.
I did a general search for "local weather" and picked the first website that was on the list. It asked for me to enter my cell phone # to access the weather. I left. I've had that happen a couple of times when doing searches. Is this some new scam? Do they spam your phone with texts or something? I don't trust something like that - don't see why you'd have to have my # just so I can look up some info. Pffttt.
As for the coupon diva chick - I am thinking she's probably pretty scared right now. I don't doubt there are many folks doing what she does around the country - but she put it out there publicly and got caught - and not just peeked at by a few locals, but caught by a very wide community of couponers. Unfortunately, she's going to get a lot of hassle because of all the problems we have had with couponing because of people that do this.
Mistakes are mistakes - you get a coupon pushed through for an item you didn't buy but neither you or the cashier caught it right away, you use a coupon for something and grab the wrong size, you trust a web offer like VRYL Mrktg, etc... Maybe even you learn to use coupons purposely on the wrong product and do that a few times before abandoning it because of conscious. But to blatantly use a stack of incorrect coupons on incorrect items is just beyond "mistake". I mean, it'd be one thing to say "Oh, I didn't realize the coupon was for CWS Advanced and not daily..." - but to use it on Tide/Bounty??? I was intrigued in the beginning of my couponing days to learn about some of the loopholes like CWS - but it doesn't take long to realize that if you are patient and take proper advantage of the sales + q's when they come around, then you don't have to use the q's improperly to get MM/Cheap/Awesome deals. And I would never have done such a massive transaction like that! Sheesh - even with the correct coupons we know how to fly under the radar!
The thing that also bothers me - maybe even more so - is the cashiers. I realize it was a long time ago, but when I was a cashier I had a fairly great memory for what folks bought and if the coupon matched it or not. And, while my goal was to get the customer out and on their way as quickly as I could, I also had the goal of keeping my til balanced and making sure I was doing the right thing in the transaction. To just push through coupon after coupon certainly makes me think that there's something weird going on there - and if they are willing to do that for a customer, what are they willing to do *to* a customer?
My biggest fear about this is that all the attention will cause it to spiral into a big big ordeal - not just in her hometown, but into all our hometowns. I have had stores that have been very lenient with the 1TQ per transaction, and I would really really HATE for that to change significantly across the board - or for registers to be reprogrammed, etc... The thought of a bigger crackdown on the way just kind of stinks.
