Great deal. It was $10 a few months ago but this is still good. Who knows if they'll ever do that one again.

I watched the show occasionally on tv and netflix before and I always found it funny, but I wouldn't say I was a regular watcher (lack of time more than anything.) Then a few months ago I bought the whole series, and I started watching it from episode 1. I'm only on season 3 right now, but it might be one of my fav tv shows ever. Most episodes have made me bust out laughing at least once. I consider this a great deal

This is me except earlier. I always would catch an episode here or there and thought it was funny. I got a workplace injury and was home on work comp for a month. I was picking up meds at a walmart and saw the 3rd season DVD box set in a discount bin and bought it since I was bored in a leg brace. Frasier was in its last season then. I've been a fan ever since and always regretted not watching while it had most of its run. Cheers!

Yeah I think it gets slept on a little bit, and I'm surprised they haven't tried pushing it a little on streaming services. It's legitimately a pretty good show. Laugh out loud funny and also mixes in enough serious or heartfelt moments to feel like it isn't trite or pointless.
The show streams on peacock, where they also recently rebooted the show - has two full seasons so far.

Cheers is also definitely one of my fav tv shows ever, twenty years ago it was in my top 5 of all time (its still probably in top 10, I haven't actually made a list since). Watching Frasier really made me appreciate Kelsey Grammer, because he's much funnier in this than in Cheers (just because Frasier was just a lesser character with less screen time in Cheers)
There's also a Frasier episode I just watched where the plot involves a theatrical play based on the bar/people in Cheers, and it is hilarious.

It seems they have same pool of series rotating for the discount, and now many just keep reoccurring. I already bought most of the series I like, including Frasier. Waiting for new series.

I just got done doing a complete rewatch of the show and it still holds up, but much like a lot of long running shows it takes a bit of a dip in the later seasons. It's still a very solid series overall and it does return to form in the last season.

To this day I still occasionally think of, and laugh about the scene where Niles says he wrote a paper for a journal about a narcissistic opera singer and gave it the title "Me, me, me, me, me!" That was just so perfect.
I wish I had not missed this deal. One of my favorite series. The episode where Niles is getting ready for a date and ironing his pants. I laugh just thinking about it, and not a word was said during that scene. Pure comedic gold.
