It's the delivery option that you have to tip for. Basically those orders require someone to go shopping for you at your local Walmart and bring it to your house (sort of like a Uber / Door Dash).
Interesting thing is some shipping orders end up still being brought to your house via a delivery person in a car anyway, but you don't have to tip for those. They are considered regular shipping.
I will not ever take advantage of this deal again.

Does anyone know why it may have requested a QR code, or if there's something he can do differently?
No issues having mine auto detected at my regular Exxon station this morning.
$2.07 per gallon after the 50-cent discount.
Headed on a road trip tomorrow. Anxious to see if this actually works multiple times this week.
Nothing on the second account, went again for another $15 shopping trip today - still nothing. Looks like something wrong with their system. I doubt the $5 will post on my other (paid) W+ account.
