I have the BT version which I picked up for playing stuff primarily on the Switch, but have also tried it with my Steam Deck and Mister Fpga. I haven't found the BT to be reliable and haven't used it too much because of that. I have the Genesis version with the 2.4GHz dongle and that seems dramatically more reliable. Haven't tried the wired version, but as long as that's compatible with whatever devices you want to use it with, it should be a solid choice.

Be sure to update the firmware, assuming your version is capable. It really helps.

If only the 8bitdo M30 controller included analog like these, it would be the perfect sega saturn controller
