Don't see any on my bill (used an AMEX card that should have foreign fees). The address is in the UK, but I believe because the payment was in dollars it doesn't count.

I've done it a few times and gotten a lot of duplicates. Mostly keys from their previous bundles.

The better one to get is the 25 key mystery egg bundle for $16.
