If they did not require this some folks would buy dozens to resell (which I have no exact issue with other than it make such a deal impossible to offer)

...sadly, none of those questions will be answered -- and if they are answered, probably not honestly. Which means literally the worst is going to happen with your data. I guarantee you. No amount of savings is worth the identity theft.
