If they did not require this some folks would buy dozens to resell (which I have no exact issue with other than it make such a deal impossible to offer)

It's really no different from walking into T-mobile and signing a contract to get a 'free' or subsidized iphone. They take your id there.

just called their port team. acct number AND pin number is the same as your GV phone number.

Someone gave bad advice to use zeros for your account number. After I tried that I got customer support phone call from Total Wireless and I gave them phone # as acc# and four digit PIN and the order then succeeded
Start a chat with their support team and request for the port out information and they will provide all the info you need.

pin number is not the one you set up with GV, eg. 000000. It is same as your GV phone number.

I ported 4 google voice # to four iphone 13 using the google voice # as the account # and pin. (I never created a voicemail pin on any of the GV #) The number seem to transfer over on the phone but not completely (it's still in the GV but the lock/unlock option is not gone yet). Calling out on the iphone shows the # but if you call the iphone # it goes to google voice (same with text). The 5g internet works great!
According to total wireless it'll take a few days to completely transfer over. I'll edit this post if it doesn't fully transition over in the next couple days.
