If you pick one of these up make sure that you update the firmware to ensure compatibility with your devices, especially if it doesn't output video when you first try. Ran into this issue with the Switch and after the firmware update all was well.

Can I connect my iPad pro to the usb-c port, Xbox controller to the usb-a port, and from this charger hDMI out to the Tv. And play Xbox cloud gaming on the tv?

This is exactly meant to do that. It is a docking station with integrated wall plug.

Yes it works I have my Xbox controller connected to the ipad via usb-c cable, also works via BT as well.
