Can you be more specific? Last time I asked, Sony will replace under warranty for brand new authorized retailers or anything directly from Sony but last time I asked them to replace my headphones they didn't honor any thing out of warranty nor did they warranty one of my refurbs so they dont warranty anything refurbished if thats your case. They are a horrid company to deal with but make decent products.

Never would i spend $200 on earbuds where they can easily pop out at any giving time. Only on over-the-head cans..

I just can't get behind an expensive pair like these that lack a find device feature similar to Pixel, Samsung or Apple equivalents. I wish Sony and Sennheiser would incorporate it.
