This is going to be a hard find, as a lot of Staples were cleared out when they were discounted to $125 and posted on SD:

Didn't know it was this price but too bad my staples didn't have it in stock. Had the display box but not in stock. I'm assuming the 1tb must be on sale as well.

Yeah, individual Staples stores randomly have high end things like this at clearance, probably because clearing up old stock is more important than maximizing profit.

I was too excited about the 2tb I should've questioned the 1tb 🤦 ♂️

Yeah its been like this since last month. I got it 3 weeks ago. The 1tb is like $90. They dont care 4tb in store. And they also do this every few months where its on clearance then it goes to normal price and back to clearance. Weird lol

Great deal if you can find it. I stopped by four local locations when it was $127 back in February. Two of them showed it in stock online but didn't actually have it when I showed up. Several places did have the 1TB in stock and also heavily discounted. I also asked Best Buy if they would price match with a photo of the shelf tag (the store is located immediately next to a Staples) but after 20 minutes of discussion and deliberation they declined to do so.

Best buy is starting to suck with price match requests. I had the same issue online last week over the sn850x.

Does the price online for my local store reflect the B&M price or do you have to go in to see what the store has them marked down to?

It shows $219 in my area. If you can find one, it's a good deal.

so if it states out of stock at local stores their inventories are accurate?

or do they show out of stock locally and put on the clearance shelves?
