Not even close to equivalent quality, even if claimed tlc, I doubt it has dram, and I wouldn't expect it to out last Samsung.

These aren't even remotely comparable. That's a low end DRAM-less drive. The 870 EVO is basically the top consumer SATA drive, especially now that most of its competitors have been discontinued. If you write more than the pSLC cache can handle, the Inland will likely drop well below 100MB/s, while the 870 EVO basically won't slow down at all.

Price-wise, this is a very hot deal.
