this is a low quality soy sauce.

Wheat makes it not gluten-free. Gluten-free soy sauce is usually pricey. I'm pretty surprised that this one only "Contain: Soy". For cooking purposes, this more than good!

The way it's labelled there is probably additional MSG added to this plus the naturally occuring MSG.
Very very low quality and not what soy sauce is supposed to taste like.

MSG also occurs naturally in Parmesan cheese. It contributes to the flavor.
