You don't want to run or jog regularly in these. They are comfortable and for fashion, but not great support for running. Get a proper running shoe if you want to do running. Your back and joints will thank you.

these are great casual shoes and very comfortable for extended walking and standing, but not running or athletic shoes. and this is a great deal, I wish they had my size!

I really like these shoes but the soles are garbage EVA foam. Super slippery on anything wet and will wear down very fast.

I absolutely love these shoes!! I walk 2 miles a day on lunch, and these are by far the most comfy shoes I've ever worn. I stock up when I can as I go thru a pair in about 10 months. If I know I'm going to be on my feet all day, these are the ones I grab. I go half size up since they run tight around the ankle, FYI. Highly recommend.

Definitely not too loose. I have three pairs of these. Two in this color one in blue, and they're super comfy yet tight.
