I found this Chase offer on my Chase Unlimited and Flex cards.
A minimum spend of $600 must be met in a single transaction, including taxes and after discounts. Offer period of 4/30/2025 to 7/29/2025. Travel can occur beyond offer expiration, so long as qualifying transaction is made prior to 7/29/2025 11:59PM PST.

Offer only valid on purchase made directly with Chase Travel. Offer not valid on purchase made using third-party services, delivery services, gift cards, or third-party payment accounts (e.g., buy now pay later). If purchase is made using a combination of cash and Ultimate Rewards points, at least $600 of the purchase must be transacted with an eligible card to qualify.

You can't buy United travel bank credit on the Chase travel portal... now you could probably buy a ticket for $600+ that is refundable into travel credit. That should work.
